Опис вакансії:

• Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter within the Distribution domain

• Collaborate with Backend teams and Solution Architects to ensure system integration and functionality meet project requirements

• Guide and mentor the development team, promoting best practices and efficient coding standards

• Build reusable and maintainable code components that align with project goals

• Ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols critical to web development

• Oversee adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC processes within the team

• Manage code versioning workflows effectively using Git

• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to align technical deliverables with business objectives

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges swiftly and efficiently

• Maintain high-quality documentation for processes and code structures

• Optimize application performance while ensuring scalability

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in mobile application development

• Proficiency in Flutter with demonstrated expertise in creating dynamic, user-friendly applications

• Competency with Amazon Web Services, RabbitMQ, Java, and Java Spring

• Background in using RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols for web development

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and continuous integration practices

• High level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously

• Experience in Git for effective code versioning and collaboration

• Skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and tackling complex technical challenges

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

• Proven ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels

• Team player with a history of contributing to collaborative and supportive working environments
