Client Relations Specialist with Arabic language

The company specializes in providing support to clients in creating new accounts, ensuring uninterrupted and quality service.

Work Conditions:

Work Schedule: 10:00 – 19:00, 5 days per week.

Salary: Fixed rate of 60,000 UAH plus bonuses based on work results.

Work Format: Office work format.

Experience: Without experience.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from new clients who wish to register an account on the platform.

Performing registration procedures and providing information about the company's services.

Consulting clients regarding registration, solving problems, and answering their questions.

Logging calls and registrations in the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients over the phone.

Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of French will be an advantage.

Experience working in a call center or customer service field is a plus.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
