Online Trainee Positions (Programming + Design/Video) — 2 Spots

I run a small company that develops websites and software, and I am currently looking for two trainees to join my team. All training is provided directly by me, and all study materials (books and videos) will be supplied. The trainee only needs to follow instructions and study 2–3 hours per day. I am based in Poland but my team is entirely from Ukraine.

This training is fully online. You must understand and speak English (courses and materials are in English) and you must own a computer or laptop. It does not need to be powerful, but you must have your own device.

Position 1: Programming Trainee (1 spot). You will learn front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React), back-end technologies (WordPress, C#, Laravel), plus databases/data systems and AI fundamentals.

Position 2: Design and Video Editing Trainee (1 spot). You will learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and other design systems and workflows.

Training usually takes 2–3 months. After training there is a test. If you pass, you can work as an intern. During the internship you receive a small salary. Internship usually lasts 3–4 months, and successful interns may receive a job offer.

This opportunity requires daily time investment and consistent effort, so it is best suited for students or people who have time and a strong interest in building a career in programming or design/video editing.
