As the successor to the prosperous MCD Medical Line PANA.ceia, the new allrounder MCD Medical Line PANA.ceia² offers even more communication options, based on latest technology.
The µATX-Mainboard supports latest Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 CPU’s and has an onboard RAID controller available, which can be used for both faster data storage (RAID 0) and data security (RAID 1) with two drives integrated.
The system can be equipped with up to 32GB DDR3 memory, so that software with high demand after processing power can be easily used. As an option, the system can be additionally be equipped with an optical drive for installation and data storage purposes.
The PANA.ceia² gets communicative due to the variety of interfaces: 6 x USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.0, COM-Port, 2 X PS2, 1 x DVI-I, 1 x Display Port, 1 x Intel® LAN 10/100/1000, 3 x Audio I/O 5.1 HD Audio.
If additional interfaces are still required, the system can be configured with e.g. Framegrabbers, additional graphics boards, optical fiber network cards or other expansions by using the 4 available PCI slots (2 x PCIex16, 1 x PCIe x1, 1 PCI). As another options, up to two selected displays can be powered by using the LCD Power Adapter interfaces.
For cooling down a system with that much power, a second casing fan is optionally available.The power demand of this allrounder is ensured by the IEC 60601 compliant ATX Power Supply.
The PANA.ceia² system is developed and produced according to both IEC 60601, 3rd Edition, and ISO 13485.
Based on these premises, the MCD Medical Line PANA.ceia² is of course an allrounder in terms of applications. The system is predestined for the application in patient environments and different network topologies and qualifies as a PACS workstation, video acquisition system or as a platform in doctor’s offices.
Due to its shaped, white cabinet, this allrounder fits in any hospital or medical office.
