Making a study plan is vital in my teaching philosophy, as it helps students to know what do they need to do in order to achieve their goals and how to maintain it. I pay special attention to the part that
they need help with and then adjust
my plan specifically for them. I find
every possible way to encourage
them and give a new found
confidence using their brand new skills.
