The CH32V203 is an industrial-grade enhanced low-power general-purpose MCU based on 32-bit RISC-V core. The CH32V203 features high performance, and supports up to 144MHz system clock frequency. The operating power consumption can be as low as 45uA/MHz. CH32V203 integrates 2-channel USB interface which supports USB Host and USB Device functions. The CH32V203 provides 1-channel CAN interface (2.0B active), 2-channel OPA, 4 UARTs, 2 IICs, 12-bit ADC, 10-channel TouchKey and other peripheral resources. Several packages such as TSSOP20, QFN28 QFN48, LQFP32 and LQFP48 are available for users.
CH32V003 series is based on the QingKe RISC-V2A core design of industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller, support 48MHz system main frequency, with wide voltage, 1-wire SDI, low-power consumption, ultra-small package, etc. CH32V003 series built-in a group of DMA controller, a group of 10-bit ADC, a group of OPA, multiple timers and standard communication interfaces USART, IC, SPI, etc.

When using SDI mode for program downloading and debugging, 4 lines are generally used, power line VCC, ground line GND, data line SWDIO, clock line SWCLK. the evaluation board of CH32V003F4P6 should use WCH-LinkE for downloading and debugging, single-wire communication, only SWDIO is needed to connect PD1, SWCLK is not used.
